  on environmental laws\, hazardous waste rules\, DOT General Awareness & F
 amiliarization and Container Management\, Preparedness & Prevention.  It w
 ill also cover the changes to the Universal Waste Rules in Ohio that took 
 effect in December\, along with information about the e-Manifest that beco
 mes effective June 30\, 2018.   \n \nSpecifically\, this course will focus
  on: \n     * Hazardous materials and hazardous substances legislation whi
 ch affect Hazardous Waste Generators. \n     * Discussion and definition o
 f hazardous wastes vs. solid wastes\, the difference between large quantit
 y vs. small quantity generators\,   the marking and labeling requirements 
 for hazardous wastes\, satellite accumulation and general waste management
  practices. \n     * Includes function specific DOT training for signing m
 anifests. \n     * Correct DOT Waste descriptions\, labeling\, marking and
  placarding requirements. \n     * Explanation of the requirements for con
 tainer management\, accumulation time\, satellite accumulation\, and facil
 ity communications     equipment\, alarm systems and spill control equipme
 nt. \n     * Specific components of the regulations that apply to Large Qu
 antity Generators and Small Quantity Generators. \n\nUpon Completion of th
 e presentation of the course material\, a comprehensive review of all the 
 information in a written test format consisting of True/False and multiple
  choice questions will be administered. \n \nCost: Members $150.00 per per
