 ing  session\, attendees will not only complete the courses themselves… th
 ey will also learn proven educational methods and valuable tips for runnin
 g a successful training program.   \n\n PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A COACHI
 NG THE EXPERIENCED DRIVER 3 OHIO VERSION INSTRUCTOR’S KIT\, WHICH INCLUDES
 : \n  > A comprehensive DVD PRESENTATION covering cushion of safety\, scan
 ning\, stopping and following distances\, vehicle positioning\, blind spot
 s\, intersections\, backing and parking procedures\, and more.  \n > Appli
 cation Team CD scenarios to generate discussion of collision-avoidance ski
 lls and techniques. \n > A fully scripted LEADER’S GUIDE that offers a ste
 p-by-step presentation with wide margins for notes and customization.  It 
 also includes Application Team Scenario questions\, a reproducible Driver 
 Test\, and a Class Registration Form. \n\n OPERATOR RESPONSE BOOKS (One in
 cluded in class - Quantities available separately) actively involve partic
 ipants throughout the training.  Participants recall and apply information
  presented in the video segments to Response Book situations and exercises
