 egulations (BUSTR)\nClass A & B Operator Training\n\nOn August 8\, 2005\, 
 the federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 was signed into law. This law mandat
 ed requirements for underground storage tank (UST) systems within the Unit
 ed States of America and its Territories. One of the many provisions in th
 e Energy Policy Act mandated that operator training be conducted for owner
 s and/or operators\, designated owner representatives and station managers
  and/or clerks. On September 1\, 2011\, Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rul
 e 1301:7-9-19 Underground Storage Tank Operator Training became effective.
  This rule defines operator training requirements and procedures.\n\nThis 
 training will incorporate the new 2015 UST Operating Regulations\, which a
 re effective October 2018.\n\nPursuant to BUSTR regulations\, Operator Tra
 ining was to be completed by August 8\, 2012. If this training has not bee
 n completed\, your business may not be in compliance.\n\nInstructor: Mr. R

 ngineer with over 30 years of experience as an engineer in the mining and 
 environmental services industry. \n\nSynergy Environmental Inc. is a full 
 service environmental consulting firm servicing a variety of public and pr
 ivate sector clients primarily in the Mid Atlantic and New England regions
 \n\nRegistration Fees - Members: $150.00 per person ($125.00 for each afte
 r 2)\, Non-members: $200 per person ($175 for each after 2)\n\nAll student
 s successfully completing the training course will receive a certificate o
 f training for Class A and Class B operators.\n\nCancellations less than 2
 4 hours in advance and no-shows are responsible for the full registration 
 fees. Substitutions may be made at anytime.
