 005 was signed into law. This law mandated requirements for underground st
 orage tank (UST) systems within the United States of America and its Terri
 tories. One of the many provisions in the Energy Policy Act mandated that 
 operator training be conducted for owners and/or operators\, designated ow
 ner representatives and station managers and/or clerks. \n\nOn September 1
 \, 2011\, Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 1301:7-9-19 Underground Stor
 age Tank Operator Training became effective. This rule defines operator tr
 aining requirements and procedures.\n\nThis training will incorporate the 
 new 2015 UST Operating Regulations\, which are effective October 2018.\n\n
 Pursuant to BUSTR regulations\, Operator Training was to be completed by A
 ugust 8\, 2012. If this training has not been completed\, your business ma
 y not be in compliance.\n\nInstructor: Mr. Robert J. May\, PE\, CHMM\, Sen
 ior Engineer Synergy Environmental\, Inc. \n\nMr. May is a former Exxon US
 A Marketing Construction and Environmental Engineer with over 30 years of 
 experience as an engineer in the mining and environmental services industr
 y. \n\nSynergy Environmental Inc. is a full service environmental consulti
 ng firm servicing a variety of public and private sector clients primarily
  in the Mid Atlantic and New England regions\n\nCost: Members: $150.00 per
  person ($125.00 for each after 2)\n          Non-members: $200 per person
  ($175 for each after 2)\n\nAll students successfully completing the train
 ing course will receive a certificate of training for Class A and Class B 
 operators.\n\nCancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows are
  responsible for the full registration fees. Substitutions may be made at 
 anytime.
