 e on actual equipment.\n\nTHE BASICS OF  FALL PROTECTION:     8:00 a.m. - 
 12:00 p.m.\n\nThe morning session is designed for industrial\, constructio
 n\, and utility safety and supervisory personnel who face questions and de
 cisions daily on how to do fall protection. In addition to explaining the 
 parts of fall arrest systems and showing how they work this seminar will s
 how equipment that can make fall protection quicker and easier.  This sess
 ion will include:\n● Introduction\n● Anchorage\n● Body Support\n● Decent a
 nd Rescue\n\nFALL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT INSPECTION:    12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.
 m.\n\nThe afternoon session is designed for the Competent Inspector.   Thi
 s is a comprehensive inspection course\, which after completion will allow
  those responsible for the inspection of fall protection equipment to make
  educated decisions on the suitability for use.  Certification as a Compet
 ent Inspector will be issued to those who successfully complete the traini
 ng by Capital Safety Group. The training will also include standards and r
 egulations\, incorporating what they require and how they relate to the in
 spection process. \n\nCOURSE TOPICS:\n● ANSI (American National Standards 
 Institute) Standard regarding inspection requirements. \n● OSHA (Occupatio
 nal Safety and Health Administration) Regulations regarding inspection req
 uirements and qualifications of inspectors. \n● Documentation methods of i
 nspections.\n● Review of Technical Bulletins that provide additional infor
 mation on equipment use\, inspection requirements\, etc.\n● Inspection Pro
 cess for a range of fall protection equipment including: \n  ► Full Body H
 arnesses \n  ► Shock Absorbing and Positioning Lanyards \n  ► Self-Retract
 ing Lifelines and Winches \n  ► Anchorage Connectors \n\nMETHOD OF INSTRUC
 TION:\nInstruction will be based on the provided materials and inspection 
 forms. After completion of instruction on how to inspect each type of equi
 pment actual equipment of that type will be inspected. A Knowledge Check i
 s taken at the end of the course.\n\nBOTH TRAINING SESSIONS MUST BE ATTEND
 ED TO RECEIVE CERTIFICATION. \n\nCost: Members $255.00 per person\nNon-Mem
