 l. This 2.5 day hands-on program helps frontline supervisors and site lead
 ers enhance their understanding of the bigger picture of safety and their 
 role in creating a safer work environment. \n\nUpon completion of the Safe
  Supervisor course\, a supervisor will be able to: \n\n►  Describe how exp
 osures to hazards can lead to accidents \n►  Perform a worksite analysis\n
 ►  Recognize hazards \n►  Determine what potential effects an identified h
 azard may have \n►  Determine what the OSHA Code of Federal Regulations sa
 y regarding an identified hazard \n►  Determine how to control identified 
 hazards  \n►  Communicate hazard-related information to personnel in the f
 ield and in administrative positions \n►  Initiate an accident investigati
 on\n► Understand some of the psychology that drives employees’ “unsafe” be
 haviors \n\nStudents will receive: \n\n●  A student workbook\n●  OSHA Stan
 dards for General Industry (CFR Part 1910) and OSHA Standards for the Cons
 truction Industry (CFR Part 1926)\n●  20 hours of face-to-face learning\, 
 delivered by an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer in Construction and Gener
 al Industry \n●  A certificate of completion \n\nCost: Members: $525.00 pe
 r person\nNon-Members: $675.00 per person\n\nCancellations less than 24 ho
 urs in advance and no-shows are responsible for the full registration fees
