 l be considered as incomplete and will be reported to the Lucas County Juv
 enile Court.\n\nParents and Guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend
  the class with the youth offenders.\n\nTERMS & CONDITIONS:\n * Smoking is
  not permitted\n * Disruptive behavior from students or parents/guardians 
 may result in removal from the class and forfeit of any paid fees. Removal
  for disruptive behavior will be reported to Lucas County Juvenile Court.
 \n * Cell phones and similar electronic devices must be turned off during 
 the class.\n * If you cannot attend the program on your assigned date\, co
