 uestions.\n\nThe participants are exposed to lifesaving information includ
 ing:\n- Why young drivers often underestimate risk\n- Techniques to mainta
 in control in driving situations\n- How to handle peer pressure\n- A revie
 w on the rules of the road\n\nA card will be issued upon successful comple
 tion of the course and the court will be notified of your attendance\, you
  do not need to contact the court.\n\nTERMS & CONDITIONS:\n\nThe course fe
 es are NON-REFUNDABLE. \n    *If you do not show for the class you are sch
 eduled for\, you will forfeit your paid fees.\n    *If you arrive after th
 e class has begun you will not be admitted and you will forfeit your paid 
 fees.\n    *Disruptive students or those under the influence of drugs or a
 lcohol will not be admitted and can be removed from the class and will for
 feit any paid fees.\n    *If an emergency occurs and a student must leave 
 during class\, they will be rescheduled for the next class at no charge an
 d must retake the entire course. The student must discuss the emergency an
 d get approval from the instructor prior to leaving the class.\n    *If fo
 r any reason a class needs to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstance
 s\, you will be contacted and rescheduled at no additional fee.	\n    * Smo
 king is not permitted.\n    * Cell phones and similar electronic devices m
