 e late you will not be permitted to participate in the class. Plan to arri
 ve before the class start time. Tardiness is considered an absence and any
 one leaving early will be considered as incomplete and will be reported to
  the Court.\n\nParents and Guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend 
 the class with the youth offenders.\n\nTERMS & CONDITIONS:\n\nThe course f
 ees are NON-REFUNDABLE. \n    *If you do not show for the class you are sc
 heduled for\, you will forfeit your paid fees.\n    *If you arrive after t
 he class has begun you will not be admitted and you will forfeit your paid
  fees.\n    *Disruptive students or parents/guardians or those under the i
 nfluence of drugs or alcohol will not be admitted and can be removed from 
 the class and will forfeit any paid fees.\n    *If an emergency occurs and
  a student must leave during class\, they will be rescheduled for the next
  class at no charge and must retake the entire course. The student must di
 scuss the emergency and get approval from the instructor prior to leaving 
 the class.\n    *If for any reason a class needs to be cancelled due to ex
 tenuating circumstances\, you will be contacted and rescheduled at no addi
 tional fee.	\n    * Smoking is not permitted.\n    * Cell phones and simila
 r electronic devices must be turned off during the class.\n    * In the ev
 ent of bad weather contact 419-662-7777 no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day
  of class for any cancellation information and/or watch your evening news
