 ions in the Energy Policy Act mandated that operator training be conducted
  for owners and/or operators\, designated owner representatives and statio
 n managers and/or clerks.\n\nOn September 1\, 2011\, Ohio Administrative C
 ode (OAC) rule 1301:7-9-19 Underground Storage Tank Operator Training beca
 me effective. This rule defines operator training requirements and procedu
 res.\n\nThis training will incorporate the new 2015 UST Operating Regulati
 ons\, which are effective October 2018.\n\nCost: Members: $200.00 per pers
 on \nNon-members: $300.00 per person \n\nAll students successfully complet
 ing the training course will receive a certificate of training for Class A
  and Class B operators.\n\nCancellations less than 24 hours in advance and
  no-shows are responsible for the full registration fees. Substitutions ma
 y be made at anytime. Non-members must prepay to register.
